Take the product out of the package and cut the seal with scissors. / Sacar el producto del empaque y cortar el sello con tijeras.
Clean feet and dry thoroughly, then put on the foot membrane. Gently press to ensure full contact. / Limpiar y secar los pies. Colocar la membrana y presionar suavemente para adherirla bien al pie.
