3. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees
International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, administrative fees, or related charges incurred upon entry into the destination country. We highly recommend that customers verify import regulations with their local customs oce prior to placing an order. 4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please note that once your order is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations can be made. We strongly advise reviewing your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
5. Shipping Delays and Responsibility
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Viví Skincare is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are non-refundable and non-reshippable unless reshipping costs are paid in full.
6. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused due to non-payment of duties, an invalid address, or any customs-related issue, and is returned to Viví Skincare, it will only be reshipped at the customer’s expense. No refunds or replacements will be issued for refused or unclaimed shipments.
